If you change your mind, under distance selling regulations, then, subject to the item being returned to us in a saleable condition, you have a right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. To do this please contact us on 01299-827059 or e-mail to sales@arthurjack.co.uk. You will be required to send the item/s back at your own cost.
Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the item. Once we have received the item/s back into stock we can give you a full refund.
For planters shipped to countries outside the UK any returns would be subject to individual discussion.
If we agree on receipt of your returned item(s) that it(they) are indeed faulty we will give you a full refund including the cost of the return.
